Penalty Box Woodshop | my boys' modern bunk beds WAAAAAAAY dorsum inward 2016. We've moved twice since then, but I refused to throw it away. This is no ordinary plywood. Europly is similar to Baltic Birch plywood, having fifteen gorgeous plys inward a 3/4" sheet, but sourced locally inward North America too formaldehyde free. Check out the build video for all the details or continue scrolling for the step-by-step diagrams. 1. Cut Arches Start past times cutting your plywood to width using a circular saw. Next, cutting a 6-3/4" radius arch on the travel past times of the 13-1/2" broad board or canvas of plywood, using a jigsaw or router.  Utilizing remaining flake material, cutting a 13-1/2" x 6-3/4" full-radius, semi-circle shelf using a jigsaw too circular saw. I apply a sparse layer of Weldwood Original Wood glue to the joint, but too thence follow upwards amongst a dyad drops of quick setting RapidFuse All Purpose Adhesive. The RapidFuse grabs the woods apace too dries inside seconds, acting almost similar a clamp spell the longer lasting Weldwood Wood Glue fully cures. Try it. I hope you'll never larn back. The "dual gum trick" is particularly handy for minor too angled builds similar this i which are hard to larn a traditional clamp on.  3. Attach Shelf Place shelf assembly on the confront of the board at desired location. Attach using gum too secure from the backside of the board. Pre-drill through the board too into the dorsum of the shelf assembly. Secure inward identify using 2-1/2" screws.   4. Attach Mirror Using structure adhesive, mountain mirror to the travel past times of the board. Allow a 3/4" bring out evenly unopen to the perimeter.  A thick consistency structure adhesive is the best option for attaching a mirror to the plywood.  DYNAGrip Construction adhesive from DAP is my favorite. It's the perfect consistency too has a potent initial tack. That agency it grabbed the mirror correct away too I didn't bring to worry nearly it sliding unopen to spell I tried to movement it into position. Although I used the Heavy Duty version, DYNAGrip genuinely comes inward a special formula designed for mirrors too natural stone. Mount on WallUse a french cleat (I recommend this i from OOK) or another secure mounting organization to hang the hall tree on the wall at your desired height.
