Now, for some DIY. If y'all looked closely, y'all may accept noticed inward the in conclusion photograph of my New Light Fixtures ship service had something a fiddling different. I took the photograph later I had installed the novel lights too moved on to the side yesteryear side phase of my bath upgrade.

I added trim down too rosettes to my builder-grade mirror to spice things up.

This is cipher new. It's a pretty slowly upgrade. I've done the same affair to our invitee bath, too I've seen several other bloggers give their mirrors similar treatment. I idea I'd a distich cool tips I've figured out from doing it.

First of all, I STRONGLY recommend using Liquid Nails Power Grab adhesive to attach the mirror to the wall too the moulding to the mirror.

When I added trim down to my invitee bath mirror I used Mirror Adhesive, too although it worked good for the mirror, I had a huge hurting adding the moulding too rosettes. When dry, Mirror Adhesive is extremely strong, but it doesn't dry out super chop-chop too tin give the sack drive y'all trim down to slide downwards the mirror spell drying.  The PowerGrab has a real potent initial tack (meaning materials sticks to it immediately) too dries quickly.

I only taped my pieces inward identify to dry out too had no problems.

My instant tip is to role a dry out erase marker. Use your handy-dandy speed foursquare (see Talkin' Tools #3), or a framing foursquare to score perfectly level, foursquare lines for your moulding to line of piece of occupation upward with.

Because I was using rosettes, I decided to attach all iv rosette blocks first, hence mensurate too cutting my trim down to fit. It was slowly to larn them just square. I just stayed within the lines. Once inward place, I secured the rosette amongst a fiddling painter's tape.

Using the same technique, I filled inward the spaces betwixt rosettes amongst traditional, fluted moulding. Here's the semi-final look. I nonetheless withdraw to pigment : )

What create y'all think? Do y'all accept trim down around your wall mirrors?
